I visited the Netherlands for the first time in July 2007. My week-long trip included visits to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Delft, and The Hague.

Sean Leather > The Domtoren, or Dom tower. A tornado in 1674 destroyed the nave of the Dom Church, resulting in a separated tower and main church.
Sean Leather > Underneath the Domtoren, looking at the statue outside the main church. Behind the statue, you can see some of the drawing of what the destroyed nave looked like. As you can see, there is also now a road running between the Domtoren and the Church.
